Q: I don’t have a domain name. Do you offer domain name registrations?
A: Yes, after you purchase your website, you will receive an email with a link to our Domain Registration services. Current domain rates start at $9.99 per year for .COM
Q: Can I add a custom flash header to my site?
A: Yes, we can customize a header for virtually every website we sell. Most headers start at $199.00 but vary depending on the complexity. Please email for your custom quote.
Q: Can I add my picture and text to the site?
A: Yes, after you purchase your website you will receive an email with instructions asking you for any pictures and custom text you want on your website. We will update the website with all your information.
Q: Do I need to know how to program or design the website?
A: No, we do all the work for you. All you have to do is respond to our designers email.
Q: Will I receive a personal email account with my website?
A: Yes, you will receive an email asking you to select the email you would like to use such as myEmail@myWebsite.com
Q: How long will it take to create my website?
A: You are guaranteed to receive your website in less than 14 days. If for some odd reason we do not meet your deadline, you will receive a 10% discount on your next order.
Q: Can I add additional pages to my website?
A: Yes, you can add unlimited pages to your website. The cost of implementing additional pages depends on the complexity of your requirements. Please email us at orders@Website-Store.com for a custom quote and include your requirements.
Q: Can I make changes to my website?
A: All changes made after you complete the questionnaire will be considered RFC’s “Request For Changes” and will cost an average of $50 per page depending on the complexity of the requested change. For changes, please send an email to orders@Website-Store.com
Q: Do you offer affiliate discounts?
A: We currently offer a 10% discount to affiliates who PRE-PURCHASE a 10 websites package.
Q: I want a custom website that I don’t see in your store. Can you custom build me a website?
